Assam Pragyan Bharati Scheme List 2024: The state government of Assam has decided to gift around 23000 scooty under "Assam Pragyan Bharati Scheme", specifically to those who have achieved 1st division in the 12th board exam. Pragyan Bharati Scooty scheme is a great initiative towards education of girls of Assam. Provision of free scooties will make these girls independent for reaching their places of education and for many other works also.
Chief Minister had announced that scooty will be given to students who secure 1st division in HSLC. Scooty will be given on basis of merit list or cut off marks keeping in mind the budget. Around 156107 students appeared for the HS exam in the Arts stream and out of them, around 130324 have passed.
Assam Pragyan Bharati Scheme List 2024
The candidates who are eligible for Pragyan Bharati Scheme must register themselves to get their name in the Pragyan Bharati Scheme List district wise. In this umbrella scheme, state government will provide admission free waiver, free textbooks, uniforms in government schools. Along with this textbook assistance to UG / PG students, mess dues, one time education loan subsidy, scooty to girls would also provided. Assam Free Scooty Scheme
The Assam Finance Minister has announced AHSEC Scooty Scheme under the Assam Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme. Under this scheme Assam govt. will give scooty to girl student who get 1st division marks in the board examination of 12th class. The state government would like to continue this Assam Free Scooty Scheme for girl students, which acts as an enabler, in the time to come.
