List of Lockdown in India 2021: Corona cases is increasing day by day in India, state government have decide to impose lockdown or curfew in order to curb the virus spread. Some states have introduced weekend lockdowns to limit the movement of people. The night curfews have been imposed in parts of Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Haryana, among several others. List of lockdown in India 2021 is given below.
List of Lockdown in India 2021
As per the union health ministry data 83.91 % of the new cases are form Maharashtra, Punjab, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Maharashtra alone accounts for 61.8 % of the daily new cases with 17,864 cases. Consequently, the Maharashtra government has imposed partial lockdown or curfew to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. Below the list of lockdown in India 2021 state
- Madhya Pradesh
Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh has announced night curfew 10:00 P.M to 6:00 A.M. Moreover, shops will be closed after 10:00 P.M . State has also banned public programme but given permission to celebrate individually.
- Gujarat
In Gujarat which is also witnessing a surge in COVID-19 cases, the state government of Gujarat decided to increase the night curfew timing by 2 hours. The night curfew will now from 10:00 P.M to 6:00 A.M.
- Uttarakhand
The Dehradun district magistrate ordered complete lockdown in parts of Mussoorie, which includes, Galway Cottage area.
- Punjab
In Punjab, a total of 8 district are under the night curfew - Ludhiana, Mohali, Patiala, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, Fatehgarh Sahib and Nawanshahr. The night curfew is imposed from 11:00 P.M to 5:00 A.M in these 8 districts.
List of Lockdown Cities in Maharashtra 2021
- Nagpur Lockdown
A week long lockdown with strict restrictions came into force in the Nagpur district of Maharashtra on March 15.
- Pune Curfew
The district official in Pune have imposed a night curfew form 11:00 P.M to 6:00 A.M. Hotels and restaurants have been allowed to function till 10:00 P.M and food deliveries till 11:00 P.M.
- Wardha Curfew
The district administration has imposed a curfew from 8:00 P.M to 8:00 A.M. in Wardha. All shops, restaurants, hotels and petrol pumps allowed to functional during this time period.
- Nasik Curfew
The district administration has imposed a night curfew from 7:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M. in Nasik. However, hotels and restaurants can remain open till 9:00 P.M with 50 % capacity.
- Nanded Curfew
The district administration has imposed a night curfew from 7:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M. in Nanded.All shops, restaurants and hotels allowed to functional during this time period.
- Panvel Curfew
In Panvel also night curfew has been imposed from 11:00P.M to 5:00 A.M.
